Production site 1
The aim of manufacturing delivery is to co-ordinate all resources to ensure that optimum levels of performance and output are achieved and to establish a perfect match between our expertise and customer requirements relating to quality, quantity and deadline compliance. To achieve this aim, the company has 450 production machines distributed across 3 sites.
Production site 2
This site comprises 126 traditional machines of the "Tornos and Bechler" type, all modified with variable cams and equipped with bar units. This site specialises in the manufacture of screw-type components, either threaded to tapped and we excel in the machining of inflexible materials (904L and titanium) and of precious materials (gold, platinum, etc.).
Production site 3
This site is composed exclusively of CNC production machines. In the hope of offering the widest possible range of turning options to meet customer requirements, we manufacture on a total of 38 machines, ranging from Ø 0.80mm to Ø 16.00mm bar diameters, and field machines with anything from 5 to 13 servo-assisted axes. The materials we work with range from the exceptionally rare (palladium) to the most difficult (Nivaflex) and we always apply the same commitment to achieving customer satisfaction in order to win and retain their confidence in our work.
The milling department is equipped with a range of machines with 3 to 5 axes, enabling us to work on extremely complex workpieces in a single clamped fixture setting.
We are now capable of conducting real-time feasibility simulations and this improves our responsiveness, also enabling us to anticipate potential problems.
For finish-machining work, our "Felt Polishing" department is equipped to carry out polishing work on convex and flat workpieces for any workpiece requiring this standard of surface finish.
Our "Lapidary" work enables us to obtain impeccable standards of surface finish combined with the highest possible quality of visual appearance.
The entire system is managed by ERP which enables to have on-line information at all times. This information is captured by "BARMAN" using the barcode at each stage of production. This in turn enables us to trace and locate our products at any point in time.
