We employ this ERP system throughout all our operations to help us achieve our aim of continuous improvement in our performance standards. This system enables us, from the time we receive a customer order, to record various different parameters with the help of a configuration tool.
The tracking of purchases, sub-contracting and production are all implemented with the help of barcodes and are managed with the help of our Intranet lists.
Purchasing
The aim is to document and control company purchases with a view to assuring long-term external supplies, tapping into the potential of the market and through this contributing towards improved results for the company.
This department also aims to develop a partnership with our suppliers while also playing a role in sustainable development.
Management of precious metals
This involves managing precious metals with a view to assuring a supply source, to secure stock levels and to prevent any variance whatsoever by continuous close monitoring of each batch, right from the incoming goods inspection to delivery of the finished product, thereby assuring end-to-end traceability.
This enables us to attach an analysis certificate compliant with and recognised by the Federal Customs Administration (Administration Fédérale des Douanes) and commensurate with the value of the goods supplied.
